Lemon water

Today’s post is going to be about one very healthy habit. I am sure you all heard about it before, but you probably took it for granted, or just didn’t make a habit. They say a human needs 21 days to make or break a habit. So I dare you (and myself) to a 21 day challenge. Let’s make a healthy habit.

glass of water

2 slices of lemon

1 tbsp of cinnamon

1 tbsp of honey

Drinking one glass of lemon water first thing every morning is healthy in so many different ways and it’s so simple to do. All you need is water and fresh lemons. When it comes to water’s temperature they say the water shouldn’t be neither hot nor cold but room temperature. I promise I won’t tell if you pop some ice cubes during this hot Summer weather. Oh, it’s also important that you don’t drink your water from plastic bottles. The best choice is glass.

  1. I drink lemon water every day! As one more healthy benefit, it really helps if you’re prone to gallstones and whatnot. Everything seems to give me gallstones to the point where I probably should have surgery, but drinking lemon water every day super helps!
